The information on this website-and in our free guides, online courses, and community content we link to-is for general education and wellbeing. It isn't personalised medical advice, and isn't a substitute for seeing a qualified healthcare professional about your specific condition.
Our treatments-including sports massage, sports and MSK therapy, lower back therapy, IASTM, myofascial cupping osteopathic techniques, prescribed rehab exercises, and Pilates-are hands-on and movement-based therapies that support your recovery, mobility, and wellbeing. They aren't a medical diagnosis, and we'll always refer you on to your GP or another professional if something falls outside our scope.
Some treatments have normal, temporary after-effects-for example, mild soreness after massage or deep tissue work, or short-lived marks from cupping. We'll talk you through what to expect beforehand. For your safety, please tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, recent surgery, or if you're pregnant, before we begin, and keep us updated if anything changes. You take part on understanding that you'll work within your own limits, and we may adapt or stop a treatment or class at any time if we feel it's in your best interest.
Dry needling: Dry needling uses fine, sterile, single-use needles to release tight muscles and trigger points, easing pain and helping you move more freely. It's safe treatment in trained hands, and we'll always explain what's involved and answer any questions before we start.
It's normal to feel brief ache or muscle twitch as a needle goes in, and afterwards you may notice minor bruising, tenderness, or a little tiredness for a day or so-this settles on its own. We'll talk you through simple aftercare, such as staying hydrated and easing off intense exercise for the rest of the day.
Please tell us before treatment if you're pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding disorder, a needle phobia, or any condition thats affects healing, as dry needling may not be suitable for you. As with all our treatments, you're free to stop at any point, and we'll only ever go ahead with your agreement.
Booking: To book appointments and classes, through our online booking system, or by phone, WhatsApp, or email. For classes and some appointments we may ask you to reserve or pay in advance so we can hold your place.
Cancelling a 1:1 appointment: Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. This lets us offer the slot to someone else who may be in pain and waiting. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full, as the time was set aside for you.
Cancelling class: Life happens, so if you need to cancel or move a booking, just let us know at least (24 hours) ? before your class and we'll refund or reschedule you. Cancellations inside that window, or missed classes, can't be refunded, as we've held your place and often turned others away.
Discovery visits & phone consultations: These are free, but they still take up a slot-so if you can't make it, a quick message to let us knows is always appreciated, so we can offer it to someone else.
Running late: If you're late, we'll always do our best to see you, but your session may be shortened so it doesn't run into the next person's time.
Packages: Class packages are valid for (3 months) ? , from purchase.
Lateness for a class: If you're running late, come in quietly and join when there's natural break. For your safety, we may ask you to wait if you've missed the warm-up.
Changes from us: Very occasionally we may need to cancel or cover a class with another instructor. If we cancel, you'll be refunded or moved to another session.
Health declaration: Before your first class, please tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgery, or if you're pregnant, so we can adapt movements for you. By booking, you confirm that you believe you're fit to take part and will work within your own limits on the day.
We want you to be happy with everything we do. If something is not right, please emails us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
