Continued discomfort even after completing the prescribed treatment.
Back pain can affect so many parts of your life-making it harder to move around, work comfortably, and enjoy the things you love. Everyday moments like climbing stairs, going for a walk, or even getting a good night's sleep can become a struggle when you're living with persistent pain.
For some, sitting or standing too long, or a sudden movement, can make it worse. More rarely, back pain can signal something more serious-particularly if it comes alongside difficulty controlling your bladder or bowels. If that happens, it's important to seek medical help straight away.

Many people try treatment after treatment with little to show for it. Simple things-sitting through a meal, putting on socks, getting out of bed-can turn into a daily frustration. Back pain doesn't just hurt physically: it can chip away at your independence and wellbeing too.
The good news is there are plenty of natural options that can help. From targeted exercises and small lifestyle changes to hands-on therapies designed to support healing, these approaches can ease pain, restore movement and improve your quality of life-without relying on medication or surgery.

We focus on effective solutions for back conditions, providing targeted treatments to relieve pain and promote healing. Whether you're facing long-term back issues or recovering from an injury, we're here to support your journey to better back health-and help you regain strength and improve your quality of life.

No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, if you have insurance, it’s best to check with your provider regarding coverage.
The sessions vary from person to person, as no person is the same. Some people need only 4 sessions, some may need 20, so the cost will vary. The important thing we do is we work with you. We will give a suggestion with what plan will work best, however we will work with what works best for you (whether due to time constraints or finances).
Generally, no. You'll need to check with your insurance company whether they accept The Society of Sports Therapists. If they do, you'll usually need to pay first and then claim back via your receipt or invoice. Health care cash plans often accept it-such as Health Shield, Medicash, Westfield Health and Simply Health- but please remember we can't guarantee this, so it's best to check directly with your insurer first.
We currently provide services exclusively to clients who are 18 years of age or older. This ensures that all clients are legally adults and able to engage fully with the services offered.
Yes, we offer gift voucher at our clinic-they make a lovely gift for friends and family.
