Sports Massage
Sports massage is not only for 'sportsmen/ladies' but for everyone. As in our day to day lives such as sitting at the office, manual labour, playing with kids and in general anything we all tend to get tightness/aches and pains. Why? because the majority of people tend not to stretch. This leaves our muscles especially the ones that are working the hardest or put on stress for a long time to get tight as they are always being shortened, so with sports massage it can help re-lengthen the muscle tissues. By ensuring your muscles are in a nice healthy unstressed condition it can help prevent injuries from happening.
Below is a bullet point list of some of the benefits of Sports Massage:
- Reduce general aches and pains usually related to posture
- Decrease stiffness in the neck and shoulders

The technique enhances the ‘slide and glide’ of tissues, reducing restrictions and improving muscle function. Ideal for addressing muscle tension and enhancing recovery, Myofascial Cupping is grounded in both historical practice and modern evidence-based medicine
